Who Pays for Shipping to Replace a Defective Item or Return Product?The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs on any defective item or returned product. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Since we are not the manufacturer, we share the shipping cost with the buyer. The buyer pays for shipping the defective item to us and we pay to ship the replacement back to the buyer. The Software Boutique is a store, and we do not send a driver to your home to pick up defective items and we do not reimburse you for the time, effort, and money you spent to get your replacement or refund. Our customer service department will utilize its best effort to replace your item in a timely and efficient manner. |
